  55. HappyMan is the protagonist of the HappyMan MetaComic.  In most aspects he is
  56. completely average.

  61. HappyMan lives in a MetaVerse very much like our own world.  However, there are
  62. some important differences.

  67. HappyMan is a contract programmer, writing code and designing software for a
  68. wide variety of corporations.  Currently he is part of the UltraMonkey V/R
  69. development group at GiantMedia.  None of HappyMan's programs have ever worked.
  70. He has also dabbled in comic book art, being the original creator of
  71. UltraMonkey.

  77. Many people wonder why HappyMan appears to be, at best, rather ambivalent.  It
  78. may be due to some EarlyChildHood trauma.  There is also speculation that he
  79. may suffer from a rare genetic defect.

  105. UltraMonkey is a comic character created by HappyMan.  He is also a "real"
  106. monkey in the MetaComic MetaVerse occupied by HappyMan and the other
  107. HappyCharacters.

  112. His GiantMedia press release claims he was born in Greece and raised in Japan,
  113. at Akasaka Palace.  However, UltraMonkey "comes from" an infinite number of
  114. time/space locations.

  120. UltraMonkey used to be a normal monkey.  But repeated trips through the
  121. "LiveLink" have resulted in "SuperEvolution", placing him at a much higher
  122. point on the food chain.  He has aqquired both man-like and machine-like
  123. characteristics.

  128. NullMonkey is UltraMonkey's brother.  His diminished mental capacity is the
  129. result of early, failed LiveLink tests carried out by GiantMedia.  But he does
  130. have certain limited UltraPowers.  He is an Amiga advocate.

  196. Windows emulation is the best bet.  I will continue to look for porting tools.
